Its V-shaped front wall design helps prevent overspray bounce-back and particle migration, while the deeper V-shaped back wall captures overspray and deposits it outside the airflow path. Strategically positioned exhaust holes maintain steady airflow during the loading phase, with static pressure increasing gradually as overspray accumulates to ensure uniform performance.

Constructed from two layers of heavy-duty Kraft paper that are punched, pleated, and glued together, the filter is reinforced with a polyester backing layer to enhance filtration efficiency. This design delivers near 100% filtration efficiency while maintaining a high loading capacity.
